It is ideal for cakes, cookies, brownies, bars, muffins, quick breads, frostings, and other baked creations.

Most LorAnn bakery emulsions are water-based, helping the flavor and aroma remain stronger during high-heat baking compared with traditional alcohol-based extracts. Use it as a direct 1:1 replacement for baking extract, with 1 teaspoon of emulsion equal to 1 teaspoon of extract.
