I REALLY DO LOVE THIS PAN...FOR EGGS...PANCAKES...GRILLING STEAKS....ANYTHING THAT NEEDS FRYING....JUST NOT SOUP... BUT SERIOUSLY...THIS IS A WONDERFUL COOKING SURFACE...AND TALK ABOUT NON-STICK..AND THE LOW SIDES OF WHAT IS A TRADITION CREPE PAN, MAKE ACCESS SO EASY TO WHATEVER NEEDS FLIPPING. WISH DE BUYER WOULD START MAKING A CREPE STYLE(low sides) 11" SQUARE GRIDDLE WITH HANDLE...I THINK THOSE WOULD GO OVER BIG IN AMERICA....SEEMS LIKE EVERY KITCHEN HAS ONE AND THEY ARE ALL SO THIN, FLIMSY, AND CHEAP. I BELIEVE THIS WOULD BE A NICE ADDITION TO THE DEBUYER CARBONE PLUS LINE...THX...DCS
