Treat It Right, and It'll Treat You Right!
Bought this years back to never have to use nonstick cookware again. I found I used it for more than eggs as I got used to working with it.
If you're using this for meat searing and beyond, always avoid acids (even when de-glazing) and know that you may get to a point where it needs to be re-seasoned. Look up a guy named Uncle Scott on YouTube; he offers a decent primer on re-seasoning and how to cook various things in CS pans you'll appreciate.
These are the workhorse pans everyone needs. Sure you may find them heavy, but not as heavy as cast iron. Take care of them, and they'll handle just about whatever you throw at them. And if you manage to gunk them up, its fixable!

11 inch Carbone Plus Frying Pan
Truly a quality product - heavy steel pan body - not your cheaper thinner models. I have not been able to achieve the more uniform darker color yet - but the meats we have fried and bacon and eggs we have cooked have not stuck to the metal surface.
Would buy another one!

Great pan, but not 100% non stick after seasoning
I really like the pan. Seasoned it well according to instructions, but food still sticks occasionally.
