If you make homemade pasta or bread you need this
This is a great product. Tiny bit of flour and you are ready to go no sticking. I especially like the non slip edge that rests against the counter top. Works great for rolling out pastry too. Cleanup is easy. Just scrape wipe and put it away. Its awesome

Great pasta surface
This pastry board was exactly what I was looking for Smooth and also clean up is a snap. Perfect size for every task I throw at it. I love the piece of wood on the bottom to keep it from moving on the counter. Very handy. My mom liked it so much that she ordered one.

great for pasta rolling
Just used this board for the first time. It works great--good absorbency and good grab on the pasta. However, I wish it were larger. It is just big enough to roll one one-egg recipe, to feed two people. And even at that, the dough filled the whole space.
