great large size is convenient for multipurpose use

nice quality Since I've never used acetate sheets before, I can't compare these to anything, but was happy with the product. I wanted to try some cake wrapping and chocolate decorating techniques. Not being able to picture how thick 4 mil is, I found them thinner than expected, which is nobodies fault, and didn't end up being a problem. I made a gelatin cake, and while I did run a thin spatula around the edge first, it unwrapped beautifully. I'm not sure if these are supposed to be reusable or disposable, but they were sturdy enough to wash without getting damaged.
