My new go to pan for home use Great pan my seasoning was streaky and ugly at first but it self corrected with additional use. Heavy and slightly hard to maneuver but that is expected given the large size.

Built for Life de Buyer makes great pans. This is my 5th one. Once you get it seasoned fully, it is almost non-stick.

Awesome It's a brilliant pan if you know how to use it :) Just season it right and maintain it well and you'll not be disappointed for sure.

Awesome product The De Buyer Carbone Steel has thick steel and is very sturdy. Looks like to me it's indestructible like a cast iron. I season it the oven as I prefer a more even dark look and before that I burned off the protective layer on a high BTU outdoor burner. I'm going to buyer more De Buyer pan but unfortunately it's out of stock at the moment.
