Fun with grandkids Easy cutting for a pound or two.

Blunt The cutting edges are blunt--squared off. It doesn't cut through the thinnest pasta dough no matter how much pressure I put on it. I can only use it to mark the pasta before cutting it by hand. In the website photo, it looks sharp, so perhaps this one was mis-manufactured.

Perfect Noodles It's impossible to find this item anywhere that I looked in Southern California including Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn Bed Bath & Beyond and every place else I go for kitchen stuff. So I bought two. Now I can make really perfect noodles without a machine. EZ-PZ.

Perfect Noodles Having recently learned the proper way to make noodles, it become a parent that I needed one of these rolling pins. Or two. If you don't know how to make noodles, or use a machine, it is perfectly amazing that this instrument actually exists. It surprised me, because I cook, that there is actually some kitchenalia about which I was unaware! Now, of course, I own two.
