Improved the quality of our pasta
We used this for the first time over the weekend and it's the first time we haven't struggled to make sure our homemade pasta didn't stick together in an over-floured heap before we used it. I love it. It held a full pound of pasta (measured after drying).

Just perfect
This is exactly what I was looking for, nice quality wood , sturdy and practical. Once closed takes almost no space to storage.
I would rack and it to anyone who needs a pasta dryer and makes about 2-4 servings at the time.
