With the same light and flaky texture and flavor as funnel cakes or fritters, Rosettes are a delicious traditional Scandinavian pastry made in fancy patterns. Using a Rosette or Timbale iron, these pastries are made from a thin batter and deep fried in oil. Rosette irons come in an assortment of interesting and intricate patterns, such as this Small Daisy design, perfect for a springtime celebration. Our Rosette Molds are made from a cast aluminum alloy, so they are lightweight for easy handling around hot oil, and durable.  Design allows for the rosette cookie to slide easily off the mold after frying (Irons should be seasoned properly in hot oil prior to first use).
