This food-grade silicone mat allows you to roll pie pastry dough on your worktop free of flour. The marks indicate the quantity of pastry to the exact size of the tart mould. Circles are marked 5"/12cm, 6"/16cm, 8"/20cm, 9.5"/24cm, 11"/28cm and 12.5"/32cm. Length is marked from 0 to 56 centimeters on one side and 0 to 22 inches on opposite side.
