Description
Slide this spatula under your hot omelet or cookie and serve. The RSVP flexible nylon spatula is non-stick, safe in heat up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and gentle to non-stick cookware. The soft sleeve, heat-safe up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, is made of Santoprene for a firm grip. The sleeve holds tight on the stainless steel handle. All parts of the nylon spatula are dishwasher safe.
The stainless handle is 7-1/2 inch long on all size RSVP FLX-series spatulas.
Medium-spatula head size is 2-3/4 inch wide x 4-3/8 inch long.
Overall length of medium spatula 11-7/8 inch.
Caution: Both the spatula head and the Santoprene sleeve will melt if left on a heated pan. Never preheat empty non-stick pans or cook in high heat as the temperature will quickly rise above 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Perfect spatula!
We had one of these for more than 10 years and it was getting a bit worn and discolored (still perfectly useable), so I found them on your excellent web site and ordered 2 medium and one large. They are great for non-stick pans and just general use. Perfect sizes, shape and feel I have a feeling they will last forever.
