Description
For sliding hot omelets and cookies from pan to plate, use the RSVP flexible nylon spatula. This non-stick kitchen utensil is safe in heat up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and easy on non-stick cookware. The firm-grip Santoprene sleeve, holding tight on the stainless steel handle, is safe in heat up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. All parts of the nylon spatula are dishwasher safe.
The stainless handle is 7-1/2 inch long on all size RSVP FLX-series spatulas.
Medium-spatula head size 2-3/4 inch wide x 4-3/8 inch long.
Overall length of medium spatula 11-7/8 inch.
Caution: Both the spatula head and the Santoprene sleeve will sustain damage if left on a heated pan. Never preheat empty non-stick pans or cook in high heat as the temperature will quickly pass the 400-degree-Fahrenheit maximum.
