Good pan
Bought this for making eggs and this pan works great when seasoned well. Good buy for a carbon steel pan. Still getting used to the right temperature for making eggs. Pans works great when it is hot, but you need to flip the eggs at the right time to not burn the food.
The only downside is that the handles do get a bit warm when the pan is used for 10-15 mins. You might need a silicone sleeve to overcome that.

DeBuyer Carbone Steel Commercial Fry Pan
Out of all the carbon steel commercial cookware that I have used through the years, the Carbone Steel series from DeBuyer is by far the best. These pans are the heaviest allowing easier temperature control. They also season quite easily. I would recommend this line for anyone to add to their collection.
