The Kosher Cook Royal "Challettes" silicone pan
Makes 4 bilkellach, each 4 inch across on top (base of bilkellah), 2-1/2 inch high

With the same advantage as the Royal Challah Silicone Pan by the The Kosher Cook, this pan bakes bilkelech with the braids, saving you the time and work of rolling out and intertwining pieces of dough.

• Braids without the braiding
• Silicone for drop-out release without leaving stuck-on food
• Firm silicone for holding the shape but pliable for easy release of bilkellach
• Silicone resistant to 350F (+/- 3 degrees)*

*Note: This silicone pan must be left to cool between one baking cycle and the next; if not then the pan may warp out of shape.
