Martellato offers a kit of molds for chocolate balls, ideal for enclosing a surprise or serving a dessert inside a delicious chocolate shell. The mold is also great for creating cocoa bombs. Conceived to make the professional's work easier and faster, they guarantee excellent results both in terms of aesthetics and quality. In fact, the properties of the polyethylene (PETG) with which they are made shorten the cooling time of the chocolate and facilitate its extraction. In addition, the thickness and strength of the material minimize the risk of mold breakage and therefore allow it to be used several times. Up to four balls can be made with a single mold.
