I like the size very much, but
It is hard to clean and easy to damage. Now, if you grease and flour bottom and up the sides, you will do yourself a favor. The 90 degree deep corners are particularly hard to get clean. I noticed also that each of the two pans had a small chip along the edge, so I suspect that you would want to be sure to use only a rubber spatula when cutting.
