A great pan Love it! I finally have a lasagna pan with decent depth. I'd love to see a smaller and deeper version, like 6" x 8" that's 5" - 6" deep..

Love this pan Cooked beautifully perfect sides. Just a overall great pan. all my pans from now on are going to be Fat Daddio's

I like the size very much, but It is hard to clean and easy to damage. Now, if you grease and flour bottom and up the sides, you will do yourself a favor. The 90 degree deep corners are particularly hard to get clean. I noticed also that each of the two pans had a small chip along the edge, so I suspect that you would want to be sure to use only a rubber spatula when cutting.
