LOVE the Pan and the Release
I purchased the 4" 6" and 9" pans to play with. Fell in love!! I also make my own cake release by mixing 1 c. ea of shortening, flour and canola oil until completely blended, use a silicone pastry brush to cover inside of each pan--omitting separately greasing and flouring my pans and I only let it sit about 8 minutes before I trim anything over the edge of the pan with a large bread knife and release the cake from the pan onto a cooling rack. 100% release 100% of the time!! Seriously contemplating ordering the entire round and square 4" deep pans! Saves a LOT of time baking and minor adjustments ensure a great cake every time!
