Fat Daddios Aluminum round Cheesecake Pan with Loose Bottom Bought several 3tall by 5 diameter pans for making British Meat Pies. They are the perfect size hold the pie shape beautifully cook evenly and clean-up easily. Would definitely recommend.

Everything Fat Daddio is excellent I love this pan with loose bottom. It makes it super easy to make cheesecakes and other baked pressure cooked goods in my Ninja Foodie. These are tough to find now but Kerekes not only had them in stock but the processing and shipping was super fast Highly recommended all the way around.

Wonderful pans I recently purchased two of these pans per a friends suggestions. I tested them out with a carrot cake cheesecake for a house warming gift. Excellent Pan Quality, fit, and finish are all excellent. Still working on recipe development, but so far I can say that the dramatic look of a smaller and taller cheesecake is impressive. A 3.5oz jar of "Sun of Italy" capers is the perfect size to lift the bottom as you unmold the cheesecake.

Fat Daddios cheese cake pan. This works really well and I like it better than spring form pans. Easier to remove cheese cake with the push up bottom plate. Well worth the investment.

Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Round Cheesecake pan I really like my cheesecake pan. I have made two cheesecakes in it already. I like the non-stick surface, Works well. Made these cheesecakes in a 6 Qt. pressure cooker. It cooks evenly through out the cake. Clean up is a breeze. Just wash it by hand in warm soapy water.

Just What I Was Looking For!!!!! The main purpose for this pan was to use in my instant pot. You did not disappoint! Although this item was originally back-ordered, I must say it was worth the wait. Wow! I bought the pan based upon the recommendation from the magazine Bake from Scratch. I was a little concerned about the removable bottom, but wanted a new cheesecake pan and thought this would be a good option. I made a Rum Raisin Coffee Cake with the pan as a test. WOW,WOW & WOW!!!! I did not have any problems. I used "Baker's Joy" as a recommended in the recipe. The cake came out perfect. The pan was easy to use, no leaking, easy to clean. I wish I had more of these pans. They are great!!!!

cake pans walls could be perfected I make the worlds best cake that consists of 12 eggs, 10 tablespoon of sugar and 10 tablespoons of flour which is basically an omelet, so of course it will stick to the sides of the pan, hence the removable bottom. BUT with the straight sides it makes it very hard to store 6 pans in my cabinets, hence they remain in the box in the laundry room, very inconvenient. These pans need sloped sides so they can be stacked.

Great Products I replaced some light-weight aluminum cake pans with several Fat Daddio pans (3 cheesecake loose bottom and 1 springform). I noticed the improvement immediately. These new pans were much heavier and the bottoms fit very snugly. I have not used them to date but I anticipate that they will be a great addition to my baking pan collection
