Great This is a perfect pitcher I use it for iced tea and can add the hot water directly to the pitcher to brew it. Easy to open while holding the handle cleaning is a breeze because there are no hard to remove gaskets to get moldy easy to reach in with a soapy sponge. I now have 4 in use and I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed
