Great in theory
We bought two of them and one broke within the first week. The little handle lid part cracked off the hinge. It's not even used by that high of a volume so it's disappointing.

Love it
This does just what I needed. I keep this for the milk my husband uses in his coffee. So much easier than pouring from a gallon jug and keeps it ice cold. My only complaint is the handle pouring spout needs to be removable. It would make it easier to clean. Otherwise its a 5 star from me
