great..... with one exception I love my pan BUT there were no directions enclosed on oven temperature and the length of time for baking any number of cakes.I had to call the company I purchased it from and they helped some.Not a good practice to sell with out directions... makes you look stupid But now after researching.. it is a wonderful pan.
