Disappointed
I tried baking Russian rye bread and the bread stuck to the pan even after spraying the inside with oil. I had to cut along the edges and smack the loaf bread. I thought I would crack the granite counter top I was smacking so hard but eventually the bread came loose. Maybe the pans are suitable for other foods but not for my rye bread. Now I have
