Flexipat pan I needed an easier way to get my caramel out of the pan, with buttering the bottom and sides, it would always stick somewhere, with my new Demarle flexipat pan, the caramel just pulls out with no effort and is a uniform thickness, it's perfect!

amazing! Best flexi invention ever. I use it for sponge sheets, entrement fillings, and it's best thing to use for making confectionery as it comes right off and super easy to clean. No more soaking sticky nougat or caramel. Highly recommended. Expensive but so worth it.

Sad discovery Made a mistake, thought it was a metal baking sheet. did not keep original packaging so I can't return. Quite a waste of money for me.
