Turkey Rosette iron I was nervous that the spacing would be too close in the tail making it harder to get rosette off the iron. Was not a problem getting it off. Only problem is what color do you decorate them? Brown just didn't look appealing, so have to go with other fall colors, orange, green, yellow, red. Perfect for my Thanksgiving holiday. Well made cast aluminum. I love getting new irons from BakeDeco. Great selection and quality of irons.
