Believe The Bad Reviews I am a professional pastry chef of 35 years. I have never used this type of product but I can tell you with confidence it does not work as described. I did get it to work but I had to let it dry 24 hours and then in a 225f oven about 10 minutes. I also had to spread it a little thicker than just the depth of the mat to get it out without tearing. I made several attempts trying different times and temperatures but nothing worked perfectly. After using this product I found a video for a different brand and it looked like it would work so much better. I have ordered equipment from Bake Deco for many years and was always satisfied with the quality and customer service. This is my first time purchasing anything like this from them but they should not sell it because it will give them a bad reputation.
