really like but not dishwasher safe Purchased set of 8 and using for steak knives. Absolutely excellent for cutting meat but have showed surface rust on a couple of them after going through dishwasher but the rest seem ok. Have several smaller ones from this company that are paring knives and have sent through dishwasher for years with no rust.
