Novacart mold I used these Novacart molds for my brioche pastries and are perfect sizes for the pastries. I love these molds because they are nonstick and are recyclable for another round of baking and then I just toss them away after 2 - 3 uses of them. Highly recommend

Novacart Brown Round Coated-Interior Mold 3-7/16" x 1-1/2" High, Pack of 20 This disposable baking mold is excellent. I just ordered another 100 as they make a great individual sized coffee cake or cheesecake. The lid for these stays put also.
