Very Hard to Find
My mother had a set of these that she used for cutting pimento and truffle slices to decorate her "famous" pat in aspic-a Christmas "must". When she could no longer prepare the path, I took over. The little cutters eventually gave out (after only 50+ years). My knife work just didn't cut it. I didn't know what these cutters were even called and my local chef emporium was clueless. I was so pleased to find them (and in three different sizes too) and to find out what they are actually called. They are classics and the sharp edges are nice!. Perfect!
