The top edge is a little too sharp
When I try to put my tart crust in this ring its a constant fight to keep the crust in tact. I lay it on top of the ring and it immediately starts to tear before I can get the crust completely molded to the shape of it. I have to keep taking the crust out and repair the tears and try again. Once I get it in there the ring works perfectly and the tart crust comes out awesome.
