A must have for sourdough These are excellent. Love them.

Oval proofing basket 10"x 7" I was so happy to get this size and shape for a loaf I scale to 1.3 kilos. Materials feel like good quality. Only complaint is that I wish the linen liners were sized better and had no wrinkles or folds in them which marks the dough.

Gift went well I ordered this for a family member who has been getting into baking. It seemed like it would be something she would use. I was able to sample some of the bread she made using this product and it was super tasty.
