Perfect size for 4 qt dutch oven Purchased this to make sourdough boules in my 4 qt staub dutch oven. It is the perfect size. Great quality.

A New Convert I needed a new basket for proofing, because I go through them a lot at work. I bake lots of bread so it's important to me that my tools work well and last a long time. So far so good with this proofing basket. It's even easy to clean out, which is fine by me, because that's my least favorite task. I'd buy it again.
