My perfect big open pan The pan I received was scratch/crack free nicely polished and what I consider to be the perfect heat holding distribution gage of carbon steel for most kinds of medium or medium high temperature cooking. Great saute pan Large pan and we use it mainly to saute veggies. The food cooks very quickly and we are happy with the purchase.The key is to season the pan well before use and continue seasoning as needed.

Great quality and price Love this pan. Its a great size for bacon or for making dinner for more than 2 people. The double handles make it easy to move despite its weight (nice and heavy duty but lighter than cast iron). With a quick seasoning, it is already nicely non-stick, and will only get better with time. This pan was much cheaper here than from other online retailers, even with the shipping cost. It shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Highly recommend!
