Fantastic I ordered the 163 deep pans for mom. She loves them. It was difficult finding a 3 deep pan and finally we did. She uses it to make an Armenian dish Kibbeh. The pan is perfect for making large quantity dishes for family gatherings.

Cake bakes differently I purchase these pans because they apparently are great pans to use when baking. I've been baking for about 7 years now and my cakes always come out light and fluffy which is what all my returning customers love about my cakes. When I used these for the first time I noticed that the cakes were heavy and thick. I went by the baking guide on the pans. Which was the first time baking then I did a different baking temp and the same think cake was still thick and heavy. Not happy with these pans at all. Personally it was a waste of money for me. The wrong thing I did was purchase 8 pans. Now I cant even get a refund because I used them all. Thinking cakes were going to come out awesome. So disappointing Just wanted to leave an honest review for those who have been using their pans for years stick to them purchasing any fancy expensive high quality pans sometimes isn't really worth it on my opinion. I went back to using my old pans and my cakes came out exactly how the did before I bought these.

All good The latest purchase of a Fat Daddio's cake has been, like all previous FD products, Excellent. This size was in response to all the new online recipes for 6"-diameter cakes. All FD pans are sturdy, light-colored (to produce light cakes) and, best of all, clean easily and well.

Perfect for Irish Breads We used the three 3" pans to make Irish bread. Prior to this we had been using the very old 1 pound coffee cans for this. No longer available, the Fat Daddio's pans are a oerfect replacement and the Irish bread turned out perfectly.

We recommend them and recommend the company for sending them on time for us.
