Old faithful I have been using this meringue powder since I started making custom decorated cookies for years ago.

Americolor meringue powder This is the only meringue powder that I use. I was not able to order from the americolor site because they did not have it in stock Someone told me about this site so I ordered five just so I could stock up a little bit in case of a shortage.

Best Meringue Powder! This by far has been way better than Wilton's Meringue Powder. For one, Americolor is tree nut and peanut free, nor are the products made in a factory that manufactures nuts. Secondly, after making a ton of royal icing, after a few hours, the meringue doesn't separate from the water much like Wilton does. Plus, the taste is definitely more delicious!! Highly recommend!

Love Americolor Meringue Powder So glad this is available again. It is the most consistent, fast drying meringue powder there is for royal icing.
