Adequate but not stellar Adequate thickness of metal,but pans cannot fit together to stack so they take up a lot of room to store. Probably my first and last purchase of Fat Daddio's products. I wish there had been a review discussing this when I was shopping.

Great Bread Pans Love the size of these pans as they are perfect for giving loaves of tea bread to neighbors and friends and still have one for myself(my recipe makes two of the traditional-sized loaves, I get three using these). They bake evenly and more quickly than the others. Happy to have them, a great buy!

Good pans I am really pleased with my first use of the Aluminum Bread Pan. The bread cooked evenly, the pans cleaned easily and I didn't have to worry about scratching or rusting pans. I like the sides being straight even thought it is a little more difficult to store them. These are a little smaller than a regular loaf but a great size for sweet breads or specialty bread.

Love these!!!! I ordered 12 of the 7" pans . They are exactly what I was looking for to make sourdough and Amish breads. I'll be replacing all my baking pans with Fat Daddio's soon.

Great Little Pans These pans are perfect. Strong, sturdy, and a nice rolled lip. The only downside is that BakeDeco did not have any in stock (but "sold" them to us regardless). 2 weeks went by before I had to contact them directly and find out why we were still waiting. Love love love! I love these pans. I bake Amish cinnamon bread for Christmas to give to just about everyone I know. I start baking in September and make triple double batches at a time. I have purchased twelve of this size pan. They are the perfect size and cook my breads evenly every time. Clean up is easy too. I spray them with the baking PAM and the breads slide out beautifully. I highly recommend these.
