Fat Daddio Aluminum cake pans: You Rock We have used these pans for about the last 5 years and recently purchased another 60 pans. Our application is not very tasty we are using these pans in our Batch Mineral Processing Lab to hold Iron Ore research samples in a wide variety of particle sizes sometimes wet and sometimes dry. They are beyond sturdy and lightweight we can put them in our drying ovens or hold a high pH water mixture when needed. The pan has a completely smooth inside surface so we can easily get the entire sample out and weighed. Currently in our lab we have 120 pans in the 9x13 2 deep size and another 40 or so in the 8x8x2 size. I would highly recommend these pans to any kitchen bakery or research lab

Perfect Size This pan was the perfect size that I needed for my particular project. I am thankful to Fat Daddio for making a variety of untraditional pan sizes; and I'm thankful to Baked Deco for carrying them in the store product line . I'm a regular shopper at both of these vendors and as long as they continue to provide the great service they do I will remain one.

Exactly What We Wanted This pan is excellent!!! The square corners and bottom make for precise product cuts and no wasted goodies. This pan baked evenly with a beautiful result. My wife will not bake in any other pan.

Love the straight lines, but not the dings. Okay, I really got to be careful when I order stuff online esp. when it comes to metal items. I really do love the straight lines. I know I wouldn't have to worry about slight curved edges when icing, but I really dislike when the pans look like they were shoved around. And I'm not talking about light scratches but actual small groves on the top areas. I guess I should be glad that they're not inside the pan or else I definitely would have returned it.

Great, Professional Product! I prefer Fat Daddios over any other brand, and this time around was no different. I needed a large pan, but not as large as a full sheet cake. The 14x22 was perfect. Although I used heating cores which are recommended for large pans, the pans always bake evenly, and are easy to clean afterwards. They are very heavy duty, and I recommend this brand, as well as ordering from Kerekes!
