Great pan I love this size bundt cake pan. It is a quarter the size of the normal and that means one cake recipe can be made into four cakes - great for giving a small yummy cake to individuals. Yet larger than the mini size. I used it throughout the holiday season to do give away.

Worst Nordicware pan I have a few Nordicware pans and by far this is the worst. All cakes baked in this pan gets stuck no matter how much I grrsss it. Not the same can be said about the platinum series wheee the cakes just plop out easily I am surprised by all the good reviews here and would really like to know how I can achieve a good release from the pan from those who raved about this pan. Please enlighten as I also have friends who have the Same problem as me with this particular 3 cup lightweight pan

Too Small but Still Good Quality I used to have bunds pans that were smaller than the huge regular size ones. I thought I was ordering those. Not sure how many cups those would be.
