Packaging terrible The items look fine probably will be great. But 3 small items - so far have received 2 in 2 separate boxes both stuffed in wads of plastic bubble wrap for items that are not fragile at all.

Very Nice Purchase I am very happy with these molds. I like the quality and the way they feel in my hand. The dough I've used baked well and evenly and I also had no trouble with sticking. Washing was easy. I used a soft brush with hot sudsy water and all was well. I'd buy this product again. In fact I will be soon in another size.

Brioche Mold 2-3/4" Diameter This mold was not available anywhere in the city where I live, so I was glad to find it here. Very well made mold.

Fluted Brioce Mold I recently began making Chinese egg tarts and need something other than a 12 segmented muffin tin. I purchased 40 of this product and in all honestly, and despite trying, I can find nothing wrong with it. It is very sturdy and durable with out being overly heavy. It releases and cleans very easily.The size selection available is outstanding, and would clearly recommend it whether making on item or dozens.

Fantastic!!! I am extremely happy about this product.
The quality was amazing.

Heavy, sturdy, well made, has a made in France stamped on it that I was looking for, and very affordable. They were also deeper, which gave my baked brioche a more lift.

Hand wash w/ mild dishwashing soap, wiped individually well, and air dried. I do this with all my equipments big or small and they last years.

I have bought a similar item from Amazon that was supposed to be made by Gobel and did not have all the qualities that your product has.

I have shared this site with friends, family, blog site as well as Amazon customers who were also looking for molds.
Will be purchasing more later.

Exactly what I wanted Besides being exactly what I wanted at a good price, the service was really fantastic. I got a notice they were back ordered, so I called to cancel the order, as I needed them right away. The person I spoke to said they had just got in a new shipment and thought they would be available by the date I needed them. I had them 2 days later, and they were perfect

Essential for individual brioches Classic, tinned. individual brioche molds bake perfectly. No need for non-stick versions. These release instantly with classic brioche recipe.

Baker Tin are great except for peeling off all the labels and then having to clean the glue residue left behind on the inside of the mold.

Ensaymada Mold Finally found the perfect size of pans I needed to make ensaymada (sweet bread). I'm amazed with the sturdiness and quality.
To ensure they don't stick together in storage place felt separator between each pan.

As advertised These brioche molds are exactly as advertised. Three inches, tin, and easily baked in-I sprayed with Pam, set them on a cookie sheet, filled them and baked. With the coating of Pam they easily released the baked item.. I carefully washed, thoroughly dried, and used wax paper to seperate them for storage.
