Makes perfect size macaroons I was contemplating between the silpat with the circles vs this mat with cavities. I am very happy I choose this mat! It makes it very easy to pipe. It is easy to clean ( rinse with hot water) and it also bakes the macaroons evenly. Great buy!

Love it! This mat makes forming french macarons a snap. They come out identically sized and cook evenly. I've tried making the same cookies using circles on parchment in the past but could never get them sized correctly. Mat is really easy to wash - I just soaked the baked on mereingue for a couple of minutes, then wiped it off. Just to be sure it was clean, I also ran it through the dishwasher. It came out perfect! I'd highly recommend this mat.
