Wonderful Device! These blades all but eliminate the need for a spatula. I only use one now to scrape out the bowl at the end of beating. A word of caution: My first one from Kitchen Aid cracked after many years, when I used it on a very thick and heavy batter. I won't use this one for that. The service from Kerekes was excellent and fast. I will use this company again as it was hard to find this beater blade elsewhere.
