Great taste After struggling with blueberries - cooked, pureed, sieved - and still not getting that clear fresh blueberry flavour - I added half a tsp of this extract and it took my ganache in exactly the direction I was hoping for. Very natural tasting. Fast shipping and wonderful customer service.
