Body is Too Deep
The body of this mold is too deep to successfully remove the frog complete. The hands break off from the stress of the large body while removing from the mold. I made 4 batches (32 frogs) and was only able to successfully remove 3 without the hands breaking off. Good thing nobody noticed the missing hands. Other than that- this mold does have make nicely detailed frogs.

Chocolate Frogs for the Harry Potter Birthday!
This was a fun project and a big hit at the party. Had some trouble keeping the front toes attached as they came out of the mould, but I was the only one who noticed. Kids loved it!!

What Fun!
There is a real frog species that freezes during the coldest northern winters and then reinvigorates as the weather warms. I froze green tinted water and brought them to a wildlife biologist friend who laughed so hard that he cried. Excellent story for a scientist geek. Thanks!

Harry Potter Mold
Exactly what I was looking for!
I purchased this mold to make chocolate frogs, inspired by Harry Potter. It worked very well although my first set of frogs were made of too-soft chocolate so when they were removed from the mold, their legs broke. the mold itself however works very well, is easy to clean, and makes very adorable frogs.

charming and excellent for Passover (or any time you need a frog)
Only thing to look out for is that the little froggie arms are delicate and need to be eased out of the mold with care. Pretty easy to do.
