Rosette Irons I purchased this star iron along with 4 different shaped irons. They are made very well and work as I expected them to in the hot oil. Once removed from the oil as long as you fry with them as you are supposed to for Scandinavian rosettes the rosette stays together and you definitely can tell what the rosette shape is supposed to be. I have true Scandinavian rosette irons given to me by my Norwegian aunts and these match the fine quality.

Double star Rosette This item was very easy to use. This was the first time I worked with Rosette molds. It was fun. The Rosette goods were given as Christmas gifts and they loved them.

perfect rosettes Excellent experience and product. I panicked a bit at first because i had paid for 3 day shipping, but the tracker kept saying it would be delivered in 5-7 days. It actually arrived on our doorstep on the 3rd day so that was great. We will use this company for purchasing additional rosette irons to add to our collection.
