Perfect I used LorAnn Lemon oil in my Lemon Pancakes, the aroma from the bottle was amazing. The pancakes tasted wonderful, there was a hint of fresh lemon, not an overwhelming artificial lemon taste. I also made a lemon sauce which I used this product and it worked very well. I really like this product.
