Complete Test Failure
I had planned on using these for a crustless quiche kind of dish, but it DOES NOT HOLD LIQUID. The failure is immediate and occurs at the place where the sidewall overlaps and is joined at the bottom. I'm sure this great for *stiff* doughs and batters but for individual quiches or custards, any thin liquid, it won't make into the oven before leaking.
I used 3 in my test, so I have 297 items to test.
