Pull Apart Loaf
I put 9 frozen dinner roll dough balls in each pan to make a pretty round "challah"
Topped with egg wash and sesame seeds, it bakes up nicely

Italian Almond Cake Perfection
This was the perfect size for my gift cakes. My first time baking Almond cakes and my first time using paper pans. Both were a wonderful success. I was so proud to give these cakes, they looked so professional in the paper pans, I had a hard time proving they were homemade. Beautiful way to present a cake as a present.

Complete Test Failure
I had planned on using these for a crustless quiche kind of dish, but it DOES NOT HOLD LIQUID. The failure is immediate and occurs at the place where the sidewall overlaps and is joined at the bottom. I'm sure this great for *stiff* doughs and batters but for individual quiches or custards, any thin liquid, it won't make into the oven before leaking.
I used 3 in my test, so I have 297 items to test.

Perfect for the job!
This product worked perfectly for what I wanted. We baked small cakes and they baked nicely and came out with no trouble at all. Some we left right in the pan. The mold makes it easy to handle the product.

Perfect little tarts
I am making personal pies for a wedding. I wanted something prettier than aluminum tins for the tarts. I plan on baking the shells and then lining them with chocolate - milk, bittersweet, white - and having them ready to fill the day of the wedding. I know these will be easy to fill and serve.
