A great bread knife
My daughter wanted a long bread knife for slicing her homemade sourdough loaves along with other breads and watermelon in season. She just gave me a demonstration of how well it sliced through a somewhat soft and squishy loaf of sourdough. The combination of hard crust and softer interior was a challenge that the knife handled beautifully.
