Nice pan, scratches easily Great pan, stacks super slim in the cupboard. I was surprise how easily it scratches. Not a deal breaker, but after just putting it away once it has a dozen scratches on the surface. Material does not feel very pleasant in your hands either.

Quality for Years to Come Fat Daddio's is replacing all my "over the years" purchases of inferior baking pans. These are top quality pans, easy to clean, and though more expensive that other mfg. they are well worth the extra.
