F. Dick RS 150 Duo Electric Sharpening and Honing Machine
The Machine puts a decent edge on knives, but the machine is lacking in that it needs some type of guide apparatus to feed the blade into the wheels. There is no room for error in that the blade must be absolutely perpendicular and in line with the confluence of the wheels. This is next to impossible resulting in the blade being gouged and possibly levitated up and out by the counter-rotating wheels. In my opinion, this unit may suffice for a packing house but it's not suitable for a sharpening service in the present configuration.
