Great product! Very comfortable to bake separate sponge cakes for mousse cakes, they are just the right size and ideal shape. Also great for mousse cake fillings, you can pour 2 different fillings in one disk. All pastry schools in which I studied use this Demarle Flexipans. Amazing!
