Good cutters. Height varies from 3/8" (letter a) to 9/16" (letter h) and width is 5/8" on average (9-15 mm h x 11-15 mm w). Includes a cutter to make a strip of gumpaste wide enough to cut out the letters. It helps to dust the cutter and gumpaste with corn starch to help with release. Might have to use a needle to pull letters out, but that is normal.
